Exton Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and nursing teams, empowering high‑quality resident care in a 120‑bed facility. You will collaborate with administration and consultants to plan priorities and ensure safe, compassionate care.

The role requires an RN license and at least 3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory skills and a focus on rehabilitative practices. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or related setting.
• Supervisory experience with leadership and staff development.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff, and other professionals.
• Knowledge to provide age-appropriate care and maintain compliance with laws.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director of Nursing with planning nursing operations and priorities.
• Serve as care champion for the dialysis den with clinical excellence.
• Monitor unit activities, enforce policies, and coach staff.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct rounds to ensure quality care, cleanliness, and staff morale.
• Oversee administrative functions to support operations.
