Job summary

Premier Healthcare LLC is seeking an ADON for Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, PA. This leadership role supports the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth operation of the facility.

The ADON will supervise registered nurses, LPNs, CNAs and other staff, develop individualized care plans, and drive regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality of care.
Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
