Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and Care Pavilion's vision and mission
• Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring they are adequately trained to provide exceptional care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure clinical outcomes meet industry standards
• Coordinate with other departments (therapy, social services, dietary) for seamless communication and care delivery
• Conduct regular rounds to observe and evaluate care quality, identify improvements, and implement actions
• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
