Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring they are adequately trained to provide exceptional care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to meet industry standards
• Coordinate with departments including therapy, social services, and dietary for seamless care
• Conduct rounds to observe and evaluate care quality and implement improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care
