Epic Healthcare in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, help develop policies, conduct staff training, participate in quality improvement and regulatory surveys, and foster a collaborative, compliant, and compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

Must hold current PA RN licensure.
Minimum 2 years nursing leadership experience.
Experience in long-term care preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
Assist Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations.
