Job summary

Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking an ADON to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure excellent patient care. You will lead a nursing team, collaborate with medical staff, and develop individualized care plans to meet each resident’s needs.

You will conduct routine rounds, promote open communication with patients and families, and stay current with regulatory standards to keep the center compliant and innovative. Prior leadership in long-term care is preferred.
