You will supervise staffing, oversee MDS, care planning, infection control, and documentation while collaborating with physicians and consultants to design individualized care plans. A licensed RN with geriatric experience is essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience guiding nursing teams in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to develop care plans and coordinate with physicians and consultants.
• Strong communication and documentation competencies.

Responsabilités

• Support floor staffing and adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, and infection control programs.
• Manage nursing staff: hiring, training, evaluation, assignment, and delegation.
• Ensure accurate resident records and timely documentation.
• Collaborate on care plans with physicians and nursing teams.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for care delivery.
• Uphold infection control measures and regulatory compliance.
