Creative Solutions in Healthcare in the United States is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, support staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance. This nursing leadership role requires dependable clinical judgment and the ability to multitask in a dynamic facility.

You will oversee MDS coordination, care planning, Infection Control, and staff development. A valid RN license and experience in geriatric or long-term care are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong technical skills and proven leadership/management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Staffing Needs: assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee Resident Care: contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control.
• Manage Nursing Staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign and delegate nursing duties.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: review and maintain resident records.
• Develop Care Plans: collaborate with physicians and teams to design care plans.
• Support Staff Resources: ensure access to equipment, supplies and care resources.
• Uphold Infection Control: conduct assessments and implement measures.
