The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare), and collaboration with providers to create individualized care plans for residents. This on-site position supports a high-quality, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice with DON/ADON experience.
• Experience with Infectious Disease/Infection Prevention.
• Knowledge of Medicare A & B and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect resident confidentiality.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment.
