Unitek College of Nursing seeks a Nursing Instructor to train the next generation of nurses. The role requires visiting clinical sites, teaching across lectures and clinical rotations, and maintaining student records in a dynamic healthcare education environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher and an active RN or LVN license, with 3+ years of nursing experience and a passion for mentorship and student success. Compensation ranges from $45–$61 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Faculty candidate with current Nursing license in the applicable state.
• Experience mentoring students in clinical and classroom settings.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to online and in-person formats.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses at various times and locations to accommodate program needs.
• Visit clinical sites to supervise and support student learning.
• Review and revise syllabus per program guidelines.
• Submit program reports to Director in a timely manner.
• Maintain student records (attendance, grades, skill checks).
• Stay current with nursing regulations and new technologies.
