Pima Community College Foundation Inc. invites applications for a full-time Nursing Instructional Faculty position beginning Spring 2027.
The role includes teaching in classroom, labs, simulations, and clinical settings across modalities (in-person, online, hybrid) to support student learning outcomes and program goals. The selected candidate will work within the Health Professions division, collaborate with faculty and community partners, and participate in curriculum development and assessment
Competenze
- Current, unencumbered Arizona or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of one year direct patient care experience supervising CNAs.
- OR one year full-time OR 1,500 hours teaching adults as faculty or clinical educator.

- Instruct students and work on strategies to help them achieve academic success.
- Use current classroom management techniques.
- Monitor and improve instruction to meet Student Learning Outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance.
- Revise course outlines and materials as needed.
- Provide academic advising.
- Maintain currency in teaching fields and modalities.
- Collaborate with faculty and campus on committees.
- Foster partnerships to strengthen educational opportunities in the community.
