Pima Medical Institute is seeking a Nursing Instructor – RN for a full-time, on-site role at the Mesa campus. You will lead clinical experiences, deliver lectures and labs, and mentor nursing students while collaborating with faculty to uphold program excellence.

This position requires an active AZ RN license and a BSN, with 3+ years of clinical practice. A Master’s degree is preferred. The role emphasizes on-site instruction, clinical coordination, and program alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Arizona or via multi-state compact with Arizona privileges.
• Minimum of three years direct patient care experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills including basic office software.

Mansioni

• Instruct and supervise nursing students in clinical rotations, ensuring safety and standards.
• Deliver didactic lectures and nursing lab practicals per curriculum.
• Coordinate clinical placements tailored to student learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support academic success plans.
• Maintain regular office hours, tutor students, and support retention.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical instructors to meet regulatory requirements.
