Unitek Learning is hiring a Registered Nursing Instructor for a full-time campus role. You will teach, evaluate, and supervise students across clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences, ensuring competency in line with course syllabi.

Requires an active RN license, a Master’s degree or higher with relevant nursing/education coursework, and at least 4 years of direct patient care. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a valid, active RN license in good standing.
• At least 4 years’ experience as an RN providing direct patient care.
• A year of clinical experience within the last five years.
• Clinically competent as defined by CCR 1420(c).
• Expertise in one of: Psychiatric, Geriatrics, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, OB-Gyn, Mental Health.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate learning and evaluate student outcomes across clinicals, labs, or SCEs.
• Supervise and debrief students in lab, clinical, SCE settings.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and FERPA-compliant student records.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health facilities.
• Participate in faculty meetings and program development activities.
