Job summary
Unitek College is seeking a Full Time Clinical/Skills/Sim Lab Faculty to join our nursing program. You will provide Skills Lab and clinical site education to students, plan and supervise clinical experiences, and evaluate performance against learning outcomes.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid, unencumbered RN license.
- Four years of RN experience with at least one year in the last five years.
- Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration is preferred for Assignment Faculty.
Responsibilities
- Provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical site education to students.
- Plan and supervise student clinical experiences at assigned facilities.
- Evaluate student performance against clinical learning outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback after observations of clinical performance.
- Maintain student records (attendance, skills check-offs, outcome data).
- Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs.
