Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license in Illinois or Missouri, with dual licensure by start date.
• Minimum two years of professional nursing experience.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive, student-centered instruction in ADN courses.
• Organize course structure, outlines, and assessment tools.
• Select textbooks and instructional materials.
• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical sessions using multiple methods.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program planning.
• Identify and secure approved clinical sites for student learning.
• Supervise and coordinate student clinical experiences.
• Liaise between nursing program and clinical sites.
• Assist in accreditation-related reporting and reviews.
• Advise students on admissions and course selection.
• Maintain student records and program documentation.
• Participate in advisory committee activities.
• Contribute to budget and resource management.
• Represent the program across college and external partners.
