Job summary

Columbus Technical College invites applications for a full-time Associate Degree Nursing Instructor. The role covers classroom, lab, and clinical instruction, plus curriculum development and student assessment.

Ideal candidates will have an MSN, an active RN license, and experience in teaching. Responsibilities include safety, documentation, and collaboration with faculty to advance program goals.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Georgia or eNLC RN license in good standing.
• Experience in post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to ADN students.
• Develop lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials per state standards.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain program certification requirements and required documentation.
• Ensure safety and security protocols in labs and clinical settings.
• Participate in faculty meetings, staff development, and conferences.
• Assist with student recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support academic goals.
• Respond to administrative requests and adhere to college policies.
• Engage in professional development and organizational involvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
