Midwestern Career College is seeking a Faculty Instructor to deliver theory, lab, and clinical instruction for LPN courses and to support students with tutoring and remediation. Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based teaching and/or clinical practices.
• Proficiency in instructional technologies (online teaching platforms and course management systems).
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory instruction across assigned LPN courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Deliver lab instruction across assigned LPN courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Deliver clinical instruction across assigned LPN courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Maintain and update course-specific content in Brightspace (LMS) including syllabi, assignments, quizzes, and announcements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of students’ grades and attendance in the system.
• Provide a minimum of 6 hours of weekly office hours and tutoring support.
• Monitor student academic performance within assigned courses and refer students to analytics and remediation support.
• Submit final grades and required academic documentation by deadlines.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure high-quality student experiences and adherence to site policies.
