Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy seeks an Instructor to empower students through engaging instruction and collaboration with program leaders. You will deliver the standardized curriculum, engage learners in online forums, and monitor progress to ensure success.

You will also support retention, celebrate milestones, and help place graduates in careers, while ensuring compliance and professionalism across the department. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, active Florida license to practice either practical nursing or professional nursing.
• Have at least one year of clinical experience.
• Have completed a course in teaching adults or have at least one year teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver centralized curriculum: Teach the standardized distance education curriculum per schedule.
• Engage students: Facilitate discussion forums and host weekly office hours.
• Monitor student progress: Grade activities and post grades weekly; provide timely feedback.
