Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems used in clinical and healthcare settings. You will leverage RN clinical experience to shape how AI understands workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes.

The role is remote, hourly, and offers flexible scheduling to fit 10–40 hours per week. You will collaborate with top AI research teams, review clinical content, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI reliability in nursing practice.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses related to nursing practice and clinical documentation
• Provide structured expert feedback that helps AI systems better reflect how nurses actually work
• Review and assess clinical data scenarios, charting examples, and care coordination workflows
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate content systematically and provide clear written feedback
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, etc.)
• Experience across multiple clinical settings or specialties
