Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems used in clinical and healthcare settings. You will leverage RN clinical experience to shape how AI understands workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes.

The role is remote, hourly, and offers flexible scheduling to fit 10–40 hours per week. You will collaborate with top AI research teams, review clinical content, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI reliability in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• RN with hands-on patient care experience
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Strong understanding of nursing informatics and documentation workflows
• Detail-oriented with ability to provide clear written feedback

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and EHR workflows for accuracy and safety
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses
• Provide structured expert feedback to reflect real nursing practice
• Review clinical data scenarios, charting examples, and care coordination workflows
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
