Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to contribute to AI training for healthcare IT. You will evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical workflows, EHR configurations, and hospital operations, ensuring real-world relevance.

This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week. You will review documentation, provide structured feedback, and annotate technical scenarios, working independently on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations for accuracy and real-world relevance
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses covering EHR configurations, clinical data, and system troubleshooting scenarios
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and technical healthcare concepts
• Review and annotate healthcare IT documentation, system descriptions, and technical scenarios
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare IT — supporting, administering, or optimizing clinical systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Strong technical troubleshooting background with the ability to spot inaccuracies in system-related scenarios
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT — you understand both sides
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently
• Clear and structured written communicator

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
