Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to apply clinical data expertise to AI training projects. Remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week.

You will analyze healthcare and EHR data, evaluate AI outputs for clinical relevance, and help ensure data pipelines and reporting logic meet accuracy standards.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare content and data outputs for clinical accuracy and real-world relevance
• Assess and provide feedback on health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting logic
• Prepare structured insights and recommendations based on clinical and operational data
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of healthcare and AI professionals
• Help ensure AI outputs meet the accuracy and quality standards required in healthcare contexts

Who You Are

• Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Comfortable bridging clinical, technical, and operational perspectives
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy — especially where patient data is concerned
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, async environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or population health analytics
