Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate AI outputs on healthcare data, including EHRs and clinical workflows. You’ll provide expert feedback to improve AI interpretation of health information and review data pipelines and decision-support outputs.

This is a remote, hourly contract role with a flexible schedule and the opportunity for ongoing work. Ideal candidates have hands-on EHR experience, strong healthcare data analytics skills, and the ability to clearly

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows

Who You Are

• Hands‑on experience with electronic health records (EHR), clinical data systems, or health information platforms
• Strong analytical background in healthcare data — including reporting, trend analysis, and data quality
• Familiar with clinical and operational workflows across healthcare settings
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly in writing
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with tools like Epic, Cerner, Tableau, or SQL in a healthcare context
