Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help train and evaluate AI systems that support healthcare workflows and EHRs. Remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours/week.

You bring RN credentials and hands-on EHR experience (Epic, Cerner) and can provide clear, structured feedback to AI teams. This role offers flexible schedule and ongoing freelance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with informatics or health IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Strong written feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability.
• Identify gaps where AI responses don't align with nursing best practices or patient safety.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI training.
• Translate clinical workflow knowledge into actionable guidance for AI teams.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
