Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to review AI outputs against real-world nursing workflows and EHR practices. You will evaluate accuracy, suggest improvements, and deliver clear feedback to guide AI systems used in healthcare.

Applicants should be an RN or equivalent with health informatics experience and hands-on knowledge of Epic or Cerner. This fully remote contract role offers flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration with global AI teams.

Qualifications

RN or equivalent clinical background with health informatics or health IT experience.
Hands-on experience with major EHR systems (Epic or Cerner).
Ability to analyze clinical workflows and identify AI output gaps.
Clear written communication and independent remote work capability.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health IT responses for accuracy.
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe AI recommendations in nursing practice.
Translate frontline nursing experience into actionable feedback for AI quality.
Assess alignment with real EHR workflows and clinical processes.
Provide structured ratings and evaluations using guidelines.
Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
