Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content and provide structured feedback grounded in real-world nursing workflows and EHR documentation practices.

The role emphasizes independent, asynchronous work and practical nursing insights. Ideal candidates have RN credentials, hands-on EHR experience with Epic or Cerner, and the ability to translate clinical knowledge into clear guidance for AI teams.

Formación

RN with clinical informatics exposure or health IT background.
Strong understanding of nursing workflows and documentation standards.
Ability to analyze clinical and system data and communicate insights in writing.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
Provide structured feedback on AI outputs related to nursing workflows and EHR documentation.
Identify gaps or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical scenarios.
Apply EHR experience to assess accuracy of AI outputs against real-world practices.
