Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to bridge frontline nursing practice with cutting-edge AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content, provide feedback on EHR workflows, and help AI teams understand real-world patient care realities.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with hands-on patient care experience.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
- Ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify real-world gaps in AI content.
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication.
- Able to work independently and asynchronously.
- No prior AI experience required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical content and workflows.
- Review AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and usability in EHR contexts.
- Identify gaps or errors in AI representations of nursing practice.
- Translate clinical workflows into structured feedback for AI teams.
- Assess AI handling of clinical scenarios and standards (Epic, Cerner).
- Flag unsafe or misleading outputs and suggest fixes.
