Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. Remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling, 10–40 hours per week, allowing you to set your own pace and workload.

You will review AI outputs against real nursing workflows, annotate documentation examples, and provide actionable feedback to improve model quality. Experience with EHRs and clinical informatics is highly valued.

Qualifications

Active RN with clinical practice experience.
Familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
Strong analytical skills to identify inaccuracies.
Clear, actionable written feedback.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with nursing workflows.
Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, EHR examples, and clinical decision pathways.
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI outputs related to nursing practice.
Translate hands-on clinical experience into structured feedback to improve AI model quality.
Assess how well AI systems reflect real-world use of EHR platforms like Epic or Cerner.
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
