Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate AI training data and improve clinical content, EHR documentation, and health informatics workflows.

This remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and leverages RN and informatics expertise to influence how AI understands nursing workflows. You'll review AI outputs, assess EHR terminology, and provide structured feedback to support safe patient care scenarios.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or equivalent with informatics exposure.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems and workflows.
• Ability to analyze clinical content and identify inaccuracies.
• Comfortable providing structured written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Evaluate EHR understanding and nursing terminology in AI outputs.
• Identify gaps or unsafe outputs in patient care scenarios.
• Provide structured feedback to reflect best nursing informatics practices.
• Apply knowledge of Epic/Cerner in evaluating documentation quality.
• Work independently on a remote schedule.
