Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on informatics experience.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess AI outputs against nursing standards.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria.
• Clear and effective written communication in documentation and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and informatics outputs for safety and real-world applicability.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI nursing and clinical documentation.
• Provide structured expert feedback on alignment with nursing practice and patient care standards.
• Assess usability and clinical soundness of AI-derived health information system recommendations.
• Apply knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) to evaluate alignment with real workflow.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
