Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare environments. The role is fully remote, hourly, and part-time (10–40 hours/week), ideal for experienced nurses with hands-on EHR knowledge and strong feedback skills.

You will review AI-generated clinical content, provide structured feedback, and ensure outputs align with nursing workflows and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent with nursing informatics/health IT experience.
• Hands-on with EHRs (Epic, Cerner) and clinical doc workflows.
• Able to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings.
• Comfortable with data, guidelines, and structured feedback.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and nursing workflows.
• Review feedback on AI responses related to EHR docs and patient data.
• Identify gaps or unsafe outputs in AI healthcare content.
• Assess clinical realism using Epic or Cerner.
• Translate nursing knowledge into actionable feedback to improve AI model.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
