Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to apply real-world nursing knowledge to evaluate how AI models interpret clinical workflows and health information systems. This is a fully remote hourly contract, offering flexible hours and asynchronous work from anywhere.

In this role you will evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety, annotate scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with informatics or health IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues in AI outputs.
• Ability to provide detailed, structured written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with nursing workflows.
• Apply EHR/informatics expertise to assess how AI models understand health information systems.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to clinical documentation and patient care processes.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback to improve AI model quality.
• Review and annotate clinical scenarios, informatics tasks, and health IT workflows.
