Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI training on healthcare content. Your frontline nursing expertise will shape how AI understands real-world clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the opportunity to collaborate with AI researchers while working asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• RN with hands-on patient care experience and clinical knowledge.
• Familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing standards.
• Ability to assess content critically and provide clear written feedback.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows.
• Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, EHR examples, and clinical decision pathways.
• Identify errors, unsafe recommendations, or unrealistic outputs in AI content.
• Provide structured feedback using rubrics and written notes.
• Translate clinical knowledge into actionable insights to improve AI quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
