Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist for AI training work. You will evaluate AI-generated nursing content, review AI interpretations of EHR data, and provide actionable feedback based on frontline clinical experience.

Ideal candidates are registered nurses or equivalent professionals with familiarity in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHRs, and a strong ability to communicate complex insights clearly in writing. Remote, hourly contract work is available.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background.
Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
Strong analytical mindset to spot mismatches with real clinical practice.
Clear written communicator who explains clinical nuance clearly.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical workflows and nursing documentation.
Review how AI interprets EHR data and clinical terminology for accuracy.
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs on patient care.
Translate nursing/informatics concepts into actionable feedback for AI teams.
Assess data analysis tasks and suggest improvements based on frontline experience.
Work independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments.
