Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to remotely evaluate AI-generated clinical content and EHR-related workflows. You will translate nursing practices into structured feedback to improve AI models, identify gaps, and assess AI responses across health IT scenarios.

This role offers flexible, asynchronous work and the opportunity to influence AI in healthcare. The position is an hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week, fully remote, allowing you to design your schedule

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent with nursing informatics/health IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHRs like Epic or Cerner.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Translate workflows into structured actionable feedback for AI models.
• Identify gaps or unrealistic representations in AI-generated EHR content.
• Assess AI outputs related to clinical data and health IT systems.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback using rubrics and comments.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
