Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Ohio RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Maintains 24 hours CE every 2 years and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Act as house-wide supervisor and resource across departments.
• Coordinate care across levels and shifts, ensuring safe, patient-centered delivery.
• Mentor and supervise team, conduct live audits and daily reports.
• Participate in patient satisfaction rounds and performance improvement.
