Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Marysville, OH. This part-time, 3rd shift role offers benefit eligibility and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include triaging patients, applying the nursing process for planning and delivering care, ensuring safe discharges, and educating patients with referrals for follow-up care. Strong communication with ED staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in Ohio.
• Emergency Department experience and BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients for severity of illness.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of the patient.
• Provide for safe discharge.
• Educate patients and make appropriate referrals for follow up care.
• Communicate well with the ED physicians, staff, and other departments.
