Job summary

Pinellas Point Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 60-bed center. This role is supported by Southern Healthcare Management and a broad Florida network focused on quality care and stability.

The LNHA will oversee operations across clinical, administrative, and financial functions, driving staff development and performance, while advancing the center's reputation in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field or minimum credit hours for state licensure.
• Active, unrestricted LNHA licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office, Internet apps and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Joint Commission–approved long-term care and rehab / sub-acute nursing center.
• Develop, direct, monitor, and support staff across operational, administrative, clinical, HR, and customer service areas; manage fiscal activities and reports.
• Grow the center's presence and facilitate positive change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
