Job summary

Pinellas Point Nursing & Rehab, a 60-bed center, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations for Southern Healthcare Management (SHCM). You will oversee clinical, administrative, and fiscal activities, guiding staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

If you have a LNHA license and 1+ years of LTC or sub-acute experience, join our cohesive leadership team that prioritizes quality care, employee development, and a strong ownership portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
• Active, unrestricted LNHA licensure in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience preferred.
• Proficient in PC, Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing center in compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Develop, direct, monitor, and support staff across administrative, clinical, human resources and customer service; manage fiscal activities and reports.
• Grow the center's presence and facilitate positive change for residents and staff.

• Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service) and will manage all fiscal activities and reports.
• Grow the centers' presence and facilitate positive change!
