As NHA, you will oversee day-to-day operations across skilled nursing, assisted living, and other care environments, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Active NHA license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of NHA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a CCRC.

Salary: $135,000–$137,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Bluffton, Indiana. About the Role

As the NHA of a CCRC, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of resident care across skilled nursing, assisted living, and other care environments. You will provide strategic leadership in staff development, financial oversight, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all business-related and clinical support functions of the CCRC
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards
