Allbridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time LNHA (Nursing Home Administrator). The ideal candidate will hold an OH Nursing Home Administrator license and have proven experience in staff development, budgeting, and improving census.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Experience in staff development including hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Track record in census and revenue growth; experience managing budgets and controlling operating expenses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to facilitate groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications.
