Job summary

Allbridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility’s operations. The role requires OH licensure and experience in staff development, budgeting, and census growth, with strong leadership and communication skills.

The selected administrator will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and foster a positive, compliant work environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Experience in staff development (hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, delegation).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven census and revenue growth with budget and expense control.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
