Job summary

Highland Sqaure Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Akron, OH is currently seeking a full-time LNHA (Nursing Home Administrator) to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead operations, oversee staff development, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Candidates must hold a current OH Nursing Home Administrator license and have experience in budgeting, census growth, and multi-priority management. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications.
