Job summary

Avante is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Inverness, FL to direct daily facility operations and ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards for long-term care. You will oversee quality care, staff leadership, and resident services while maintaining AHCA screening requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable Federal and State licensure requirement
• Completion of a secondary education, a College Graduate, and/or compliance with current state licensure guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility at least as an Assistant Administrator.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.

Education and Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Must have at least a Bachelors Degree.

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
