Job summary

Avantara Milbank is seeking a compassionate and professional Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The Administrator will work with a dedicated leadership team to manage regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff development, while fostering a positive, inclusive culture and safe, comfortable living for residents.

Bachelor's in Healthcare Management or related field and an LNHA license are required; prior SNF leadership

• Leadership and mentoring of facility staff and departments.
• Development and implementation of a facility management system.
• Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure appropriate care.
• Oversight of a facility quality assurance process.
• Financial management of a health care facility.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and compliance.
• Experience building professional relationships and representing the facility publicly.
• Participation in ongoing professional development.
