The Administrator will coordinate policy development, oversee corrective actions for deficiencies, and ensure safe, compliant interactions with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• NHA license active and unencumbered.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist department directors in developing policies, procedures and professional standards of practice.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies by staff, residents, visitors and the public.
• Conduct daily staff meetings during inspections to discuss survey findings and action plans.
• Develop corrective action plans for deficiencies with monitored timetables.
