Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Two or more years of LNHA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership that oversees resident-centered care and quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Direct daily operations and manage facility budgets and staffing.
- Lead staff development, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
