Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks an Administrator to lead a nursing home campus, ensuring a home-like atmosphere and the highest possible wellbeing for each resident.

You will drive resident-centered care, staff leadership and fiscal accountability, while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance and a culture of collaboration, compassion, and customer service across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license.
• If Administrator Designee, then ability to obtain above in a timely manner and permission from the Regional Director of Operations and/or VP Operations
• 2+ years of experience in long term care
• Experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities

Responsibilities

• Resident-Centered Care & Quality of Life: admissions, care plans, resident rights, clear communication with residents and families.
• Staff Leadership, Training & Culture: recruit, train, manage performance, promote safety and service.
• Financial Oversight & Fiscal Accountability: budgeting, billing, payroll, purchasing controls.
• Safe, Compliant & Well-Maintained Environment: safety, sanitation, infection control, HIPAA-ready technology.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: survey readiness, ethics, abuse reporting, QA systems.
• Executive Management & Organizational Leadership: lead directors, align with mission, evenings/weekends as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field

Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license
