Formación

• Current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and the survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue management.
• Marketing, care programs, and ancillary service management.
• Passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility operations, aligning policies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff: recruit, orient, train, and retain competent personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: implement and maintain policies meeting state/federal guidelines and survey readiness.
• Manage business operations: admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial aspects.
• Drive community relations: represent the facility and promote services and engagement.
• Enhance resident services: ensure therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs meet needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment focusing on nutrition, medical and overall wellness.
