Job summary

Casa of Hobart is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (HFA, LNHA) to lead an elder care facility with focus on quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will guide financial management, HR, clinical operations, and community relations from a strategic vantage point.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and an active LNHA license, with demonstrated ability to manage resources, staff, and compliance in a post-acute care setting. On-site leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active and unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license (HFA, LNHA) in the state of practice.
• Licensure must be maintained in good standing throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff to maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community to promote a positive image and culture.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between clinical, administrative, and support departments.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and quality improvement plans.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and innovations in care delivery.
